The online reviews were very essential for myself, to choose an agent. I didn't know anyone in the area to ask for recommendations. So, trust my review below I my truth. Amelia is the absolute best real estate agent that I've ever encountered. I can not express how much I am grateful and blessed that she was my agent. I was purchasing from many states away. Prior to Amelia, I encountered 3 other agents and it simply did not work. I knew that it would take a special kind of agent to work with me. I require professionalism, honesty and deep knowledge. Not being from the state my agent had to be my ears, eyes, etc. My adventure with Amelia started in 2012. We search for resale homes. Ultimately, I decided to build. There were many trials and tribulations during the entire building process, from beginning to the end. Amelia was by my side through it all.
