Amelia was wonderful! She did a great job researching houses before we saw them. She was also very persistent in working with sellers and lenders to get the job done. Constant communication and with us every step of the way. Also, she had a lot of knowledge about short sales, VA loans, FHA loans, foreclosures, etc.
